A message dated June 19, 1996, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 90 am                                                          
An Act changing the date that the legislature convenes in the                 
years following a gubernatorial election; changing the date that the           
term of a member of the legislature begins in the years following              
a gubernatorial election.
